I applied for a study program with this agency about 1.5 years ago. Unfortunately, it didn’t move forward. Later, they offered me a master’s program, and I proceeded with that. However, I was unable to attend the interview because the interview link provided by them was not working. I waited for more than a year, following all their procedures and instructions, but nothing progressed. Finally, I decided to quit since the agency neither gave me any proper reason nor took responsibility for the situation. I requested a refund, completed all the required forms, and complied with every condition they mentioned. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received the amount they promised to return. At the beginning, the agency seemed supportive, but later they started ignoring my calls and messages. I requested them to grant me atleast my refund . As per their instructions i have waited 50 days after the Application of my Refund but didn’t received anything. Finally they given me a check. I travelled a long distance at many times to get clear this. They once given me a check with invalid date and another time with inadequate account balance. 2 times it has returned back to me because of their careless service . This experience has been extremely disappointing, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable . I believe the agency handled my situation in an unprofessional manner. I trusted them a lot and I lost my time, money and Energy. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The agency not only wasted my money, time, and energy but also broke my trust. As young people, we approach such agencies with big dreams and hopes, but this agency has let me down completely. I feel cheated, and my passion and dreams were deeply affected. I am writing this review to inform others and help them avoid the same kind of mistreatment I faced with this agency. So that no one else has to go through the same painful experience I did. Please be very cautious before trusting this agency with your future.

Choosing Infos Connect Study Abroad was the best decision I made for my study in New Zealand. Their attention to detail, constant guidance, and genuine care for their students set them apart and make them a great best study abroad consultants in Kottayam. I couldn't have asked for better support as I explored new cultures and expanded my horizons

Don't believe what that agency says. They will tell us one by one to take money from our hands. I started processing on September 1, 2024. Latvia University registered the admission. They said that it would cost 7 lakhs to go. But when I went to the bank with the offer letter, I realized that it was fake. No bank will give a loan for only 1 year. When the full package came, it was 50 lakhs. I paid 60000 as first installment fee but when I asked for it back, they said it was fake. I have contacted many people but I have not received this cash back yet. So don't believe what they say. They are cheating.

Over the past 1.4 years, I have been working with Infosconnect, a hub for studying abroad and medical admissions. It has been a great experience working with the Infosconnect team, who are knowledgeable and efficient in handling admissions for various countries.

It was a good experience with the Infosconnect team in Kottayam. I visited the office to inquire about medical admissions for my niece, who is currently in her final year of high school studying Science.

Excellent counseling services.

Today I visited this place. The whole office was empty and and there was just one single lady inside the office. She was so unprofessional and arrogant, she made me wait for 1 hour and then within a second denied my case. For whole time she was busy on phone taking to her husband and relatives. I did not said anything to her and just left as the lady card is too strong these days. Just a normal suggestions to owner of this place/ business, keeping such unethical , rude, unprofessional staff will surely be the reason of shutdown of their office. Would suggest to just fire that lady and hire some good staff if you want the business to bloom. That arrogant lady will take you nowhere.

If you’re looking forward to study abroad I would confidently suggest Infos connect Abroad studies . The staffs are very resourceful and understanding. They’ve been so organized and supportive throughout all process. it’s the best option for people who want to study abroad. Their services are recommendable to everyone.

Such a pathetic experience. Waste of time
