I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Paul David and the entire Croyez team for the exceptional support they provided in my friend’s PGWP case. My friend completed the program in December 2025 and applied for a Post-Graduation Work Permit before the 180-day deadline through a different immigration agent in India. Unfortunately, the application was refused on June 11, 2026, mainly because the explanation and supporting submissions provided to IRCC were not properly prepared. After the refusal, I contacted Croyez in Chennai regarding my friend’s situation. They immediately connected us with a lawyer in Canada to carefully assess the case. Based on the legal advice and a thorough review of the refusal, Paul David guided us step by step on exactly what needed to be done. He prepared a detailed, well-structured explanation addressing the concerns raised by IRCC and ensured that every supporting document was properly organized and submitted. The entire process was handled professionally, and within just two weeks of following their guidance and submitting the new application, my friend received PGWP approval. Throughout the process, Paul David was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. His expertise, attention to detail, and clear understanding of Canadian immigration procedures made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul David and the Croyez team to anyone seeking reliable Canadian immigration assistance. If your case is complex or has been refused, they take the time to understand your situation, provide honest advice, and prepare strong applications with proper explanations. Thank you once again, Paul David and the entire Croyez team, for your outstanding support and for helping my friend achieve a successful outcome.

I had a terrible experience with Croyas Immigration, where 1.5 Lakhs rupees wasted only to face complete neglect and misguidance. Once the payment was made, the consultants, Nitish and Cynthia (Agnes Cynthia), stopped answering my calls and offered zero support. They lack proper knowledge of legal immigration processes, and Nitish gave fake promises while suggesting illegal methods and loopholes instead of proper advice. My money and time were completely wasted by this highly unprofessional and unethical team, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them.

I am sharing this review based on my personal experience to help others make informed decisions. We started our Canada PR process through CROYEZ Immigration’s Bangalore branch in January 2025. During the initial consultation, Ms. Kiruthika from the Bangalore branch strongly convinced us to proceed with the Canada PR process and assured us that the entire process would be completed within 5–8 months and that I could be in Canada within that period by maximum October 2025. Believing these assurances, we arranged a bank loan of nearly ₹50+ lakhs and committed ourselves financially with the expectation that the process would move as promised. However, after making the payments and initiating the process, we felt that the Bangalore team gradually sidelined us after the first 5–6 months. There is one person whom I genuinely appreciate and would like to acknowledge – Mr.Deepak from the Chennai branch, who handled the visa processing. From 6th month i.e.June 2025 after filing, he remained in touch with us, answered our queries patiently, and was supportive and professional. He consistently tried to guide us and gave us hope during difficult times. In all fairness, he was the only person who maintained regular communication and stood by us throughout this journey and even the CEO of company Mr.Shyam. However, despite his efforts, the overall process has taken far longer than the 5–8 months initially promised. More than a year has passed, and the prolonged delays have caused severe financial hardship to our family. The burden of servicing the loan EMI has become overwhelming, and we are facing significant financial losses because our plans were based on the timelines and expectations presented to us at the beginning. And now we asked for refund at-least half 50% from what we paid in advance(Paid 14 Lakhs for processing file)but they are insisting us to continue process and they can’t cancel the process in between and telling ur to wait for Canadian government(IRCC)rejection of our file. Overall we are the one who is being tricked in this hopeless promise and blindly believing some marketing tricks used by Ms. KIRUTHIKA(Bangalore Branch)the only person we blame for all this losses. I believe immigration aspirants should thoroughly understand the actual timelines involved and avoid taking huge financial risks based solely on optimistic assurances. While I appreciate Mr. Deepak’s dedication and support, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and the gap between the promises made during the sales stage and the reality of the process. They are good at Study Permit and Other Visa approvals and but not at PR approval what we experienced from our prolonged waiting period. This review reflects my personal experience.

We are so happy and thankful to Croyez for their amazing services! From start to finish, the entire process was handled with so much care and professionalism. A special thanks to Kirthiga, who guided us in the initial phase with so much patience, and to Agnes, who supported us wonderfully throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer our questions and gave us confidence at every step. We are truly grateful to the Croyez team for making this journey stress-free and successful. Their commitment, expertise, and efficiency really stand out. We wholeheartedly recommend Croyez to anyone looking for trusted and reliable immigration consultants.
