I would Never ever recommend this agency ! Due to their very good service I am still struggling to bring my husband to Australia. They do not even know the proper rules in the respective country. They do not even accept that it was their mistake and they just try to blame it on me. Due to their one mistake I am suffering lot of mental and emotional issue as I am not able to bring my husband. And I lost a lot of money trying to bring him. Despite asking the staff about these they assured that after 6 months I can bring my husband here. They assured me this, even though they haven't mentioned married in my student visa application (even after repeated confirmation with them). They just want the commission money from the universities. They won't care that their mistake can ruin one student's entire life. And the staff doesn't know about the courses which can lead to PR in this country. They don't know anything about the rules also. they just focus on the somehow get the visa granted and receive their money. They told they will give back the registration money after the visa got approved and, it's been two and a half year, still the money is not returned. The only thing they helped me in, was getting my student visa. But their mistake of not mentioning my marital status correctly while applying student visa made my life hell here and they won't even care about it. They ruined my marital life as well. It's been 2 and half year now and I am still struggling to get a visa for my husband due to their mistake. I won't recommend this agency to any of the students who are trying to go abroad and secure their life there! Please be careful in choosing the right agency. Their one mistake can ruin your life. Never ever recommend this Agency.. Worst worst worst experience. As mentioned in the reply, i tried to reach both Biju sir and Joseph sir previously(when my husband’s visa got rejected) but they were always busy in meetings and avoided my calls. I asked letter from them to give it to immigration department and they were not even ready to do that. And when my husband contacted them, they ignored him also. This happened one year back . Why i am writing this review now is because, even after one more year my husband’s visa is not yet granted and gets rejected whenever i apply. As i mentioned earlier, the only help you did was getting my visa in the university i asked for and i am grateful for that. But while applying my visa, the mistake you did (not mentioning my marital status properly) is still my concern and not even accepting your mistake. And that mistake you did is ruining my marital life.
